Job description

Guadalupe Radio is a non-profit religious organization, located in El Monte, CA, that seeks to bring to light Christ and his Gospel by means of media communication. Guadalupe Radio is currently looking for a Store Supervisor.

Overview

The Store Supervisor will oversee and direct the daily activities, schedules, and assignments of employees in the storage, inventory, and distribution of materials and tools. Responsible for overseeing the daily operations, sales performance, and customer experience of Guadalupe Radio’s online store. Also responsible for generating reports as needed regarding the sales, inventory, and overall performance of the store. The store supervisor reports to the Executive Director.

Duties/Responsibilities
  • Trains and supervises store staff.
  • Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
  • Assign jobs and projects to staff to ensure that deadlines are met safely and accurately.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the online store and order processing, shipping and returns, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Monitor website functionality, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  • Coordinate with the IT team to resolve technical issues related to the website and payment system.
  • Ensure all product listings are accurate, well-described, and visually appealing.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to improve product offerings and pricing strategies.
  • Develop and implement promotions, discounts, and special campaigns to boost sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive traffic to the online store through social media, email campaigns, and SEO strategies.
  • Ensure product pages are optimized for search engines and conversion rates.
  • Conducts purchase, receipt, and verification of incoming shipments; ensures materials are unloaded, stored, and verified according to policy.
  • Uploads product descriptions and creates codes for new products.
  • Implement systems to track and reduce stock discrepancies.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to track sales metrics, customer behavior, and campaign performance.
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish/English.
Experience
  • Experience: 3+ years in e-commerce, online retail, or store management.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
