Responsibilities

1. Service retail accounts by filling coolers and display shelves, rotating products, and restocking from backroom inventories.
2. Visit customer locations regularly to provide friendly, dependable service.
3. Build strong business relationships and maintain good communication with retail customers.
4. Organize and refill back stock, coolers, beer shelves, and displays.
5. Count, fill, and condense back stock and shelf inventory.
6. Maintain product freshness by monitoring and rotating stock.
7. Ensure maximum product visibility and appropriate pricing at all accounts.
8. Keep the back stock area organized and clean.
9. Stay informed about Ben E. Keith products and their value.
10. Monitor inventory levels and rotation regularly.
11. Execute basic marketing activities related to sales channels.
12. Coordinate with supervisors for special orders or needs.
13. Complete work orders and merchandise as required.
14. Protect and familiarize with shelf space and account pricing.
15. Project a friendly, professional image at all times.
16. Prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
17. Attend meetings as needed.
18. Maintain cleanliness and safety of company vehicle and equipment, reporting any issues immediately.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Motivated, results-oriented, with attention to detail.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hear.
• Reliable transportation meeting insurance requirements.
• High school diploma or GED.
