Job Responsibilities:

1. Service retail accounts by filling coolers and display shelves, rotating products, and restocking from backroom inventories.
2. Visit customer locations regularly to provide friendly, dependable service and build business relationships.
3. Organize and refill back stock, coolers, beer shelves, and displays.
4. Count, fill, and condense back stock and retailer shelf inventory.
5. Maintain product freshness by monitoring and rotating stock regularly.
6. Ensure maximum product visibility and appropriate pricing at all accounts.
7. Maintain organized and trash-free back stock areas at customer locations.
8. Stay informed about Ben E. Keith products and their value.
9. Monitor inventory levels and rotation to ensure proper stock.
10. Execute basic marketing activities related to sales channels.
11. Check with supervisor daily for special orders or needs.
12. Complete work orders and merchandise as needed.
13. Protect and familiarize with shelf space and account pricing, updating tags as necessary.
14. Project a professional, friendly image at all times.
15. Prioritize multiple tasks and attend required meetings.
16. Maintain cleanliness and safety of assigned company vehicle and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate multiple activities.
• Good communication skills and team participation.
• Highly motivated, results-oriented, with attention to detail.
• Organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Basic mathematical skills and ability to read/write English.
• Must be 18 or older, with a valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., stoop, kneel, crouch, and communicate effectively.
• Reliable transportation meeting insurance requirements.
• High school diploma or GED required.
