Job Description

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Store Stock Associate to join our rapidly growing team of auto parts professionals. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented with a strong work ethic. As a Store Stock Associate, you will have various duties related to controlling and maintaining inventory in our warehouse.

Responsibilities
  • Pull orders for dispatch, retail/wholesale customers, and will-call, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and dispose of packing materials and pallets, adhering to safety rules including handling hazardous materials.
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in stocking, loading, or pulling.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to recognize part numbers and line codes quickly and accurately.
  • Legible handwriting and basic computer skills.
  • Capable of lifting up to 60 pounds and pushing/pulling 300 pounds with equipment.
  • Ability to move heavy items with aids, and reach upper shelves using a ladder or stool.
  • Ability to stand or walk for entire shifts.
