Job Description:

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Store Stock Associate to join our rapidly growing team of auto parts professionals. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented with a strong work ethic. As a Store Stock Associate, you will have various duties related to controlling and maintaining inventory in our warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• Pulling all orders for dispatch, including parts for delivery to wholesale customers, main counter retail/wholesale customers, and will-call, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Cleaning and disposing of boxes, packing materials, pallets, and maintaining general housekeeping of the facility and specific product areas. Adhering to all safety rules, including handling hazardous materials.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in stocking, loading, or pulling.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to recognize part numbers and line codes accurately and quickly.
• Legible handwriting.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift and move parts weighing up to 60 pounds and push/pull 300 pounds with appropriate equipment.
• Ability to move heavy equipment with aids like hand trucks, dollies, carts, pallet jacks, etc.
• Repetitive bending and reaching, including reaching upper shelves with assistance if necessary.
• Ability to stand or walk for entire shifts.
