Job summary
Northgate Resorts Jellystone Park is seeking Store Staff to provide outstanding guest service at the camp store. This seasonal role can be full-time or part-time and reports to the Store Supervisor.
The position involves assisting guests, keeping the store clean and stocked, processing POS transactions, and helping with inventory and displays. Basic computer skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential.

Responsibilities
- Assist guests in finding merchandise and help with questions
- Maintain a clean, neat, organized, and well-stocked store
- Accurately process cash, credit, and gift card transactions at POS
- Assist with merchandise inventory and price labeling
- Follow cash-handling procedures and report discrepancies
- Support store stockroom with receiving and cataloging goods
- Create attractive displays and participate in special projects

The Store Staff is responsible for providing outstanding service to guests in the camp store. This is a SEASONAL,full-time or part-time position and reports to the Store Supervisor.
- Store Clerk
- Assist guests in finding merchandise
- Ensure store is clean, neat, organized, and well-stocked
- Accurately process cash, credit, and gift card transactions using point of sale system
- Assist with merchandise inventory
- Ensure cash handling procedures are followed
- Participate in other projects and activities as assigned
- Assists with:
- Receive and check goods for damaged or missing items
- Catalog items on the store's system
- Create price labels for items
- Stock shelves or remove items that are expired
- Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records
- Assist with the assembly of attractive displays for goods
- Assist customers with questions
- Participate in other projects and activities as assigned

- Regularly move throughout the store
- Continuously climb, balance, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, and crawl
- Able to manipulate fingers, hands, and arms to reach, carry, lift, etc.
