QuickChek Corp. is hiring a Store Shift Manager to lead the store in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring excellent customer experience and smooth operations.

You will mentor, delegate, and train team members to uphold our core values of Integrity, Respect, Citizenship, and Spirit, while promoting a Great Place to Work. You will oversee deli, caf, bakery, and cashier operations, drive daily goals, and maintain high food quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven reliability with consistent attendance.
• Solid problem-solving ability with attention to detail; basic computer, math, and analytic skills.

• Prior shift leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a top-notch customer experience by delivering fast, friendly, and helpful service while keeping fresh food stocked and ready to enjoy.
• Cross-train across deli, caf, bakery, and cashier roles and jump in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.
• Follow the playbook by preparing food, handling transactions, and completing tasks accurately while following safety, sanitation, cash, and loss prevention standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store inside, outside, and behind the scenes so everything runs efficiently and looks great for customers.
• Support the team and the business by staying informed on policies, helping hit daily goals, and contributing to sales and operational success.

OVERVIEW

As a Store Shift Manager, your primary goal is to ensure the seamless operation of the premises during the Store Manager's absence. You play a crucial role in guaranteeing that customers experience excellence during their visit to our store. In this capacity, you'll lead by example, motivating, delegating duties, and training our team members to uphold our commitment to Total Customer Dedication. QUALIFICATIONS
