Job summary

Wegmans Food Markets in Warrington, PA is hiring an in-store shopper to fulfill curbside and in-store orders using our customer app.

As part of a fast-paced store team, you will bag items, stage orders for pickup, handle substitutions, and may ring up customers at a register.

This part-time role requires weekend availability, early shifts, reliable service, and a friendly, helpful attitude.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, preferably in a food service, grocery or retail setting.
• Ability to use a company-issued device to manage orders and communicate with customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Utilize technology to communicate with and fulfill customer orders.
• Accurately and efficiently fulfill customer orders and stage them in fulfillment area.
• Properly handle all product, including properly bagging items to reach the customer.
• Make appropriate substitutions as needed and process payments.
• Maintain a clean, organized and well-stocked workspace.
• May be expected to carry out other customer service duties within the store, including running a register.
