Job summary

Wegmans Food Markets is seeking a part-time In-Store Shopper to support curbside pickup services. You will use a company device to communicate with customers, fulfill orders, and stage items for pickup. Emphasis is on accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction in a busy store environment.

Responsibilities include bagging items properly, handling substitutions when needed, processing payments, and keeping the workspace organized and stocked. Prior retail or food-service experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, preferably in food service, grocery or retail setting.
• Ability to use a company-issued device to manage orders and communicate with customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
