Qualifications

• Experience leading a team during shifts and coordinating staff to meet targets.
• Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a motor vehicle record check.
• Store openness and willingness to work weekends/holidays as needed.
• Ability to greet customers, take orders, and handle cash responsibly.
• Willingness to maintain store cleanliness and adhere to grooming standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3–30 employees during your shift.
• Responsible for all store operations and customer relations on shift.
• Greet customers, take orders, and operate the cash register.
• Make fast, accurate products per recipes and bake procedures.
• Deliver product safely from store to customer.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness from front to back.
• Maintain professional appearance per grooming standards.
