Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing a 3–30 person team per shift.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass an MVR check.
• Strong personal standards and professional appearance per grooming standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilités

• Perform all duties of the Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3 to 30 employees during scheduled shift.
• Responsible for all store operations and customer relations.
• Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile.
• Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers.
• Making fast, accurate and consistent products following recipes and portion sizes.
• Delivering product by vehicle from the store to the customer in a safe and courteous manner.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant from the front to the back of the store.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times per grooming standards.
