Job description

Assist Store Managers with daily tasks such as personnel training, completing fuel surveys, making bank deposits, and receiving product. This position ensures excellent customer service by stocking products in a clean and safe environment. The shift lead is responsible for product sales and operating the cash register. In the absence of management, may perform additional routine duties.

Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous customer service
• Respond to and resolve customer requests and concerns
• Assist with purchases and fuel transactions
• Operate cash register
• Ensure fuel and merchandise are available
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Support Store Manager in store operations
• Lead the team to exceed performance goals
• Perform assigned duties, including in management's absence: complete paperwork, resolve issues, review video, manage inventory, and train new employees

Requirements:

• Must be 18+ years old (19+ in Indiana, 20+ in Kentucky, 21+ in Illinois, Arkansas, Kansas, Alabama)
• High school diploma/GED or at least 6 months of related experience
• Minimum 3 months cashier experience
• Able to perform repetitive bending, standing, reaching
• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Dependable transportation
