Murphy Oil USA, Inc is hiring for a part-time Shift Lead in Missouri. You will provide prompt customer service, assist with purchases and fuel transactions, operate the register, and help ensure the store runs smoothly.

Growth opportunities from Shift Lead to Assistant Manager can occur in as little as six months, with comprehensive benefits and a diverse, inclusive culture. Minimum 3 months cashier experience and a high school diploma or GED are required, with age eligibility varying by state.

Competenze

• High school diploma / GED, or at least 6 months of related job experience.
• Requires minimum 3 months of Cashier experience.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be 18+ years of age (19 in Indiana, 20 in Kentucky, 21 in several states).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experience
• Responding to and resolving customer's requests and concerns
• Assisting customers with purchases and fuel transactions
• Operating cash register
• Ensure fuel and merchandise is available for customers

• Supporting the Store Manager in all store operations
• Helping lead the team to exceed the store's performance goals and objectives
• Performing job related duties as assigned
• In the absence of management provide backup duties including but not limited to completing daily/monthly paperwork, resolving problems, reviewing daily video, plan-o-gram compliance, inventory ordering, product count and equipment maintenance and training new employees

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 18+ years of age, 19 in Indiana, 20 in Kentucky and 21 in Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Kansas, Mississippi, New Mexico, Tennessee, and Utah
• High school diploma / GED, or at least 6 months of related job experience
• Requires minimum 3 months of Cashier experience
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
