RDSolutions in Tipton, IA is seeking a flexible Research Associate to join our delivery-oriented team. You choose hours within client windows, complete assignments with reliability, and earn by the hour with potential guaranteed minimum in wage-floor areas.

Training provided to maximize efficiency and accuracy in stores. Requirements include being 18+, HS diploma, smartphone with pricing app, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to lift up to 40 pounds; cold-temperature

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver/collect items as assigned within client windows.
• Plan and complete tasks efficiently to maximize earnings.
• Work independently with training provided to achieve goals.
• Maintain reliability and accuracy in each assignment.
