Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking a part-time Research Associate to support data collection across assigned grocery stores. You will use your own vehicle to collect field data, follow preplanned routes, and control how much you earn through productivity and flexible hours.

The role offers a training program, paid drive time and mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for development. Applicants must be 18+, have a HS diploma, a valid license, and a reliable vehicle to handle cold store environments.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Smartphone with company app access and ability to receive assignments.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and valid auto insurance.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures encountered in grocery store aisles.

Responsibilities

• Collect field data and complete assignments at stored locations.
• Follow preplanned routes and schedules to maximize efficiency.
• Drive to client locations and manage time to meet project criteria.
