Job summary

RDSolutions in Iowa is seeking individuals for a part-time delivery/driver side hustle. You choose hours within the client window, complete training, and earn based on productivity with a guaranteed minimum in wage-floor areas.

You must have reliable transportation and a valid license to perform assignments at various grocery store projects. As a Research Associate, you will collect work for projects, with flexible start times and the potential to increase earnings by efficiency.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.

Responsibilities

• Work with flexible scheduling to collect work assignments.
• Trainings provided to ensure efficiency in each store.
• Control earnings by choosing how much to collect per hour.
• Operate independently to earn extra money on a part-time basis.
