Job summary

RDSolutions in Tyler, TX is seeking a Part-time Field Representative with flexible schedules and no experience needed. You will operate in local grocery stores during open hours and complete tasks as assigned, while maintaining reliability and professional conduct.

Training is provided, with opportunities to grow as you demonstrate accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to lift items up to 40 pounds as needed in various store aisles.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and receive assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation and valid automobile insurance.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases during item collection.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned projects for the company in a timely and accurate manner.
• Drive to stores for collection of items and execute tasks as scheduled.
• Maintain turnaround and quality to meet project criteria.
