Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking a Field Representative for college students, offering flexible scheduling within store hours and no experience required. You can adjust shifts to fit study time and personal commitments.

As a part-time team member, you'll receive training, a guaranteed minimum compensation with upside, drive time and mileage reimbursement, and opportunities for development. Must be 18+, have a HS diploma, valid license, and smartphone access.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 40 pounds, and work in cold store areas.

Requirements:

• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.
