RDSolutions in Springfield, MO is seeking part-time delivery/driver associates to pick up and deliver items for clients on a flexible schedule. You control how much you earn and when you work, with training provided to maximize efficiency in each store you visit.

Earn via a guaranteed hourly minimum in certain areas and competitive productivity-based pay. Positions offer paid drive time, mileage reimbursement, and a 401k with match, supporting a healthy work-life balance.

• Smartphone with company app and ability to receive assignments.

Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.
