Job summary

RDSolutions in Utah is hiring a Field Representative for college students. Flexible schedules let you work within store hours, and no prior experience is required. Dress is casual and you’ll be assigned grocery store projects that you complete with attention to the criteria.

We provide initial training, a guaranteed minimum pay with upside, a 401k with match, drive-time reimbursement, and flexible work-life balance. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required to start.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Smartphone with pricing app access.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Complete field assignments on time within assigned store windows.
• Assist with collecting items in grocery store aisles as needed.

Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.
