RDSolutions is seeking a Field Representative to support store projects with flexible schedules suitable for college students. No experience needed; you will be trained and supported as you learn the role, with assignments that fit your class timetable.

Dress is casual, you can work within the assigned window when the store is open, and you will be paid a guaranteed minimum with unlimited upside as you complete projects and demonstrate reliability.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Smartphone with pricing app and ability to receive assignments
• Valid driver's license with clean record and reliable transportation
• Ability to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in store refrigerators/freezers for some projects

Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age.

• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.
