Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking a Research Associate to perform data collection tasks with flexible hours across grocery store projects. You will use provided pricing apps and work independently to complete assignments.

The role offers training, a guaranteed hourly minimum in wage-floor areas, and a path to additional earnings with experience. Part-time schedule supports work-life balance with paid drive time and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.

Responsibilities

• Complete preplanned delivery/collection assignments at client stores.
• Maintain reliable transportation and timely attendance to meet project criteria.
• Follow instructions for data collection and use the pricing app as required.
• Contribute to creating accurate, timely records for assigned projects.
