RDSolutions is hiring part-time Field Representatives in Monroe, MI. This role offers flexible schedules and the chance to earn supplemental income by completing projects for the company in local stores.

Ideal candidates are at least 18, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, and own a smartphone with the company pricing app. A valid driver’s license and insurance are required, along with the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in refrigerated environments.

• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.
