RDSolutions is hiring part-time Field Representatives in the Shenandoah, IA area to support our essential services. You will use a company pricing app and collect work assignments while maintaining a strong focus on reliability and timely completion of tasks.

The role offers a comprehensive training program, guaranteed minimum compensation with upside based on productivity, and benefits such as 401k with match, identity theft protection, and paid drive time.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.
