Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking individuals for a flexible part-time delivery/driver role in Wisconsin. You will choose when to work within client windows and receive detailed training to maximize earnings.

Earn money independently with guaranteed hourly minimum in wage-floor areas, with compensation tied to productivity. Benefits include 401(k) with match, mileage reimbursement, and a focus on work-life balance.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.

Responsibilities

• Collect and complete work assignments using the pricing app within client windows.
• Deliver and collect items as part of grocery store projects.
• Maintain reliability to start and finish tasks on time and with accuracy.
