Job summary

RDSolutions is seeking individuals to work as delivery/driver associates, offering flexible hours and the ability to choose when you work. You will be paid hourly with potential for a guaranteed minimum in certain areas, and training is provided to help you maximize earnings.

The role emphasizes independent work, reliable transportation, and the opportunity to earn extra money by collecting items at various grocery store locations.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.

Responsibilities

• Collect work assignments via the pricing app and complete tasks.
• Maintain reliability to start and finish assignments on time.
• Travel to grocery store projects and collect items as required.
• Handle items up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Work in cold store environments when required.
