RDSolutions is hiring part-time Field Representatives in Decatur, Alabama. This role focuses on collecting items for projects with an emphasis on reliability and customer service in retail environments.

You will complete training, receive a guaranteed minimum pay with potential upside based on productivity, and enjoy benefits such as mileage reimbursement and flexible schedules. Must be 18+, have a valid license, and smartphone access.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.
