Job summary

RDSolutions is hiring for a part-time pricing associate in Conway, Arkansas. The role offers flexible schedules and an initial training program to ensure understanding of project expectations.

Compensation includes a guaranteed minimum with upside as you complete pricing projects for the company. As a part-time team member, you’ll receive identity theft protection, a 401k with match, and paid drive time with mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Smartphone with the pricing app and ability to receive assignments.
• Reliable to start and finish assignments on time.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Willingness to work in cold store areas (refrigerated sections).

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned pricing projects for the company.
• Participate in the initial training program.
• Travel to grocery stores for drive time and mileage reimbursement as needed.

What Does RDSolutions Require?

• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects require collection of items in these store aisles.
