RDSolutions in Michigan is hiring part-time Field Representatives to join our essential services team. If you are a military spouse seeking supplemental income, this role offers flexible schedules, paid drive time, and mileage reimbursement.

You’ll complete projects locally, use a company pricing app, and report work reliably. Open to candidates 18+, with a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and a commitment to meeting short-term objectives.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases as some projects required collection of items in these store aisles.

Responsibilities

• Complete projects and assignments as directed.
• Travel to stores and perform required tasks.
• Maintain accurate and timely reporting of work completed.
