Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the sales floor to ensure consistent product presentation and a positive customer experience.
• Provide a great IKEA brand experience to drive repeat visits and strong store engagement.
• Hire, onboard and train co-workers; develop succession plans and manage performance.
• Drive sales by ensuring product knowledge and the use of concept tools.
• Monitor sales, supply and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure availability of products by coordinating with stock and merchandising teams.
• Handle customer and co-worker issues promptly and positively.
