Job summary

The Hillman Group is seeking a Store Sales Representative to own a territory and be the face of Hillman in your stores. You’ll manage displays, stock and organize products, and build strong store relationships.

You’ll travel between stores, execute plan-o-grams, complete service reports, and collaborate with store teams. A valid license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and comfort with independent scheduling are required.

Qualifications

• Retail, merchandising or field service experience preferred.
• Organized, dependable and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to read and execute plan-o-grams.
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Windows.
• Willingness to travel between stores with possible overnight stays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory and be the face of Hillman in stores.

What You’ll Do

As a Store Sales Representative, you’ll own your territory and be the face of Hillman in your stores. You’ll keep displays sharp, inventory flowing, and customer relationships strong.

• Travel between multiple store locations in your territory
• Execute plan-o-grams and maintain store displays
• Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels
• Perform display resets, including assembling/disassembling fixtures
• Identify and resolve in‑store issues quickly
• Build strong relationships with store associates and managers
• Complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation
