Beaches Tanning + Spa in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking Store Managers and Associate Store Managers to lead a high-energy team and drive store performance. This hands-on leadership role focuses on coaching, guest relations, and achieving sales goals in a fast-paced spa and retail environment.

You will manage daily operations, motivate a commission-driven team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience while supporting professional growth and career advancement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven sales and management experience in beauty, spa, wellness, or retail.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Confident, dependable, positive, and self-motivated.
• Open availability 7 days a week and ability to work a variety of shifts, including opening/closing.
