Beaches Tanning + Spa in South Jordan, UT is hiring Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers and Associate Store Managers to lead a busy season. If you love sales, hitting goals, and motivating a team, you'll fit right in at Beaches.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on daily operations and delivering an exceptional guest experience. You'll coach a high-performing team, drive memberships and revenue, and set the pace on the sales floor.

Competenze

• 3+ years of sales and management experience in beauty/spa/retail.
• Proven ability to lead a commission-based sales team.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
