Qualifications

• You can conduct piercings and demonstrate patience and empathy, particularly with young or anxious customers.
• You are proficient in operating a POS system to facilitate transactions and manage sales efficiently.
• You have completed some high school and have at least one year of retail management experience.
• You can stand during scheduled shifts and maneuver 11-35kg (25-75lbs).
• You can bend, stoop, extended reaching, and climb ladders or step stools while placing merchandise.
• You are passionate about providing customers opportunities to express themselves daily.
• You are energized by interacting with customers and provide excellent service throughout their visit.
• You are inspired by teamwork, compassion, integrity, customer delight, diversity, and self-expression.
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills with employees and management.
• You possess a strong grasp of mathematics for inventory, sales analysis, and cash handling.
• You are a driven team player, self-motivated, and organized, with ability to work alone at times.

• Own the Sales Game: Crush sales goals by delivering next-level customer experiences, upselling must-have accessories, and promos to drive revenue.
• Piercing Excellence: Train with piercing experts; guide customers, conduct piercings, explain aftercare, and maintain sterility.
• Keep It Fresh: Maintain displays, organize inventory, and create easy-to-shop layouts.
• Team Collaboration: Motivate the team, share sales tips, and foster a high-energy vibe.
• Brand Representation: Showcase Claire's products; stay updated on fashion and social trends to suggest items.
• Store Operations: Oversee inventory, cash handling, merchandising, and promotions; reflect Claire's values in operations.
