Qualifications

• Customer service excellence is essential.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to store processes.
• Must be physically able to stand, lift up to 50 pounds and perform duties.
• Availability for night and weekend shifts.
• Minimum age 18 for part-time positions.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals and standards of performance.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to all employees by enforcing company policies.
• Perform opening and closing duties according to policy.
• Supervise daily store operations in management's absence.
• Ensure loss prevention practices are followed in management's absence.
• Communicate store needs to management and complete assigned tasks.
• Deliver a fun, full-service customer experience and resolve issues effectively.
• Demonstrate Journeys culture to the team.
