Job summary

GPM Investments LLC is seeking a Sales Associate to keep our stores clean, inviting, and running smoothly. You will greet customers, run the register, and help with daily operations including safety and cleanliness of all areas.

This role offers weekly pay and flexible schedules. Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus, but we provide training. Must be able to work weekends and holidays and be comfortable working outdoors around pump areas.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills to assist customers with a friendly attitude.
• Experience in a retail environment is helpful but not required; on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and operate the register with accuracy and speed.
• Sell lottery, cigarette, and alcohol products with proper age verification.
• Upsell to increase sales and assist customers as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety inside and outside (restrooms, pumps, lot).
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays; keep merchandise looking fresh.
