Samsonite International S.A. is seeking a Store Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, explain merchandise, and uphold store standards in our Milpitas location. You will help drive sales, support daily operations, and protect company assets while providing a positive customer experience.

The role requires a flexible schedule, the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 35 pounds, and use a ladder as needed. Prior retail and POS experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Ability to stand, move around, lift up to 35 pounds, and use a ladder.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by delivering strong customer service.
• Maintain brand standards to create a positive customer experience.
• Assist with achievement of store sales goals and profit plans.
• Assist with overall store operations and protect company assets.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to explain merchandise to customers.
• Operate POS system to ring up sales and handle transactions.
• Provide teamwork and constructive feedback to colleagues.
• Assist with inventory control as needed.
