Store Sales Associate in Bedford OH (First Place) Store

Full Time Benefits and Weekly Pay!

Starting Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour

This position is for Full Time scheduled within store hours:

• Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 5:00pm
• Saturday: 8:00am - 12:00pm (noon)
• Sunday: Closed

*This position requires heavy lifting, a valid driver's license, and customer interaction.

As a Store Sales Associate, you will be the reason our retail and contractor customers return. You'll provide outstanding customer service, develop relationships, assist with paint needs, and recommend products.

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their needs, offering solutions.
• Mix, tint, and match paint to customer requests.
• Safely move, load, and unload products for stocking, delivery, and orders.
• Keep the store clean and stocked.
• Process orders and payments in person, by phone, online, or email.
• Use POS system for transactions.
• Potentially make local deliveries using the company vehicle.
• Report to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly.
• Customer service skills and a stable job history.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
