Job summary

The Pittsburgh Paint Company is hiring a Store Sales Associate in Cincinnati to deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will assist retail and contractor customers with product selection, color matching, and order processing while maintaining a clean, organized store and supporting daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required, must pass background items and physical.
• Customer service experience preferred with a team-focused approach.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with customers in a professional manner.
• Ability to use a computer and keyboard for order processing and customer support.
• Ability to work scheduled hours as needed, including flexibility based on business needs.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally and 40-60 pounds routinely, including standing, lifting, carrying, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
• Ability to operate a hand truck and/or material handling equipment.

The Opportunity

The Store Sales Associate is a key member of the US Commercial team and plays an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment. This position supports retail and contractor customers by providing product recommendations, color matching, order support, and outstanding service.

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Store Sales Associate helps drive sales success while maintaining a clean, organized, and customer-focused store environment.

The starting pay rate for this role is $18-19/hour.

This position is scheduled within typical store hours:

• Monday - Friday: 7am - 5pm


• Saturday: 8am - 12pm


• Sunday: Closed

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending the right products and solutions


• Assist retail and contractor customers with product selection, color matching, and order processing
