Job summary

The Pittsburgh Paints Company is seeking a Store Sales Associate in Orlando, FL. You will deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting, assisting both retail and contractor customers with product recommendations, color matching, and order support.

The role reports to the Store Manager and emphasizes a friendly, organized store environment, daily tasks, and meeting sales goals. Must be 18+, with a valid driver’s license and ability to lift heavy loads.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred with a team-focused approach
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with customers in a professional manner
• Ability to use a computer and keyboard for order processing and customer support
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally and 40–60 pounds routinely, including standing, lifting, carrying, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and crouching
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license required, must pass all background items and physical

Job description

The Store Sales Associate is a key member of the US Commercial team and plays an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment. This position supports retail and contractor customers by providing product recommendations, color matching, order support, and outstanding service.

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Store Sales Associate helps drive sales success while maintaining a clean, organized, and customer-focused store environment.

The starting pay rate for this role is $18/hour.

This position is scheduled within typical store hours:

• Monday – Friday: 7am – 5pm
• Saturday: 8am – 12pm
• Sunday: Closed

Key Responsibilities
