Job summary

Daiso USA in the United States is seeking a Store Sales Associate Lead to help run our retail floor. You will supervise a team of sales associates, guide daily operations, and ensure exceptional customer service while promoting our products to meet store goals.

Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership:
   • Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support.
   • Schedule and assign tasks to team members, ensuring efficient store operations.
   • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
   • Assist in training new sales associates and fostering a positive work environment.
2. Customer Service:
   • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

   • Resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and escalates when necessary.
   • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed.

   • Monitor sales trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
   • Collaborate with the store manager to develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
4. Inventory Management:
   • Assist in receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise.
   • Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in stock management.
   • Ensure accurate pricing and labeling of products.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in retail management is a plus.
• Proven experience in a retail sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
