Job summary

Ace Retail Group is seeking a Sales Associate with Keys to support receiving, stocking, pricing, and merchandise presentation. This role also directs store operations in the absence of the GM, Assistant Manager, and Floor Supervisor, ensuring customer needs are met with a friendly, helpful approach.

You will assist with inventory, signage, and merchandising, while maintaining a safe, clean sales floor and stockroom. Prior retail experience is a plus and physical activity is required.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent.
• Formal retail experience preferred.
• Standing, walking, lifting up to 25lbs and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive representation of ARG, assist customers, greet and thank customers, resolve simple issues and escalate complex ones.
• Assist in store operations, receive, check in and stock merchandise; support signage and merchandising updates.
• Manage back stock, cycle counts, and ensure clean, organized sales floor and stockroom.
• Lead in the absence of management and participate in store meetings; communicate ideas to leadership.
