Responsibilities

• Processing freight.
• Assisting with price changes/markups.
• Balances cash register according to policy.
• Calls out prices for customers at checkout.
• Bags merchandise efficiently during transactions.
• Handles cash, checks and credit cards per policy.
• Obtains management approval for returns, voids and checks.
• Maintains store cleanliness and housekeeping as assigned.
• Provides customer service: greets customers, adheres to fitting room policies, rings up quickly, thanks customers, invites return.
• Follows all safety procedures.
• Keeps a professional appearance with name tag.
• Assists merchandising on the sales floor according to stock levels.
• Assists management with tasks per policy.
• Explains exchange/refund policies to customers.
• Assists Store Manager with loss prevention procedures.
