Citi Trends is looking for a dedicated Store Sales Associate to join our team at one of the largest chains in the value-priced urban apparel industry. We're growing, so if you've ever wanted a chance to lead the way, this is it.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Processing freight
• Assisting with price changes/markdowns
• Balancing registers according to company policy
• Calling out prices for customers during transactions
• Bags merchandise efficiently
• Handling cash, checks, and credit cards correctly
• Obtaining management approval for returns, voids, and checks
• Maintaining cleanliness and housekeeping duties
• Providing customer service: greeting, fitting room policies, timely ringing, thanking, inviting return
• Following all safety procedures
• Maintaining a professional appearance with a name tag
• Assisting management with merchandising and stock levels
• Explaining exchange/refund policies to customers
• Assisting with Loss Prevention procedures, reporting theft or dishonesty

Job Requirements:
