This position is for Full-Time Day Shift scheduled within typical store hours(Overtime and weekends as needed)

• Monday – Friday: 7am – 5pm
• Saturday: 8am – 12pm
• Sunday: Closed

As the go-to expert for retail and contractor customers,you’llassistwith product selection, color matching, and order processing across multiple channels. You’llalso help keep the store organized, stocked, and safe while supporting warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities May Include

• Connectingwith customers and making product recommendations.
• Mix, tint, and match paint to meet customer specifications.
• Learning about PPC Brands, and how to help in a store.
• Process orders and payments via phone, in person, online, and email.
• Tinting and color matching customerrequirement.
• Safely handle, load, and unload products for stocking and order fulfillment.
• Support general store operations as needed.
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Musthavea valid, unrestricted driver’s license issued by the state in which the position is basedwith a satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly.
• Customer service skills with a team-oriented focus.
• Available to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and possible overtime.
• Ability to perform duties independently with minimal supervision and follow written and verbal instructions.
