Job summary

IKO Industries Ltd. is seeking a Store Room Coordinator to join our Clay Hill, FL location. The role will manage storeroom processes, maintain inventory, and support manufacturing and maintenance needs.

Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will use Maximo to track parts, create purchase requests, coordinate with Purchasing, and ensure accurate receiving, stocking, and a safe, organized work area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in storeroom coordination/management or procurement.
• Ability to operate a propane forklift, reach truck and electric pallet lift.
• Able to lift 60+ pounds and work flexible hours to support production.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Store Room inventory using Maximo system.
• Process requests for new items and create PRs for purchasing stock.
• Shipping and Receiving of parts or materials.
• Maintain a rotating stock and assess inventory for critical parts.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Purchasing to stock and locate parts.
