Job summary

Pinkbox Doughnuts Scottsdale is seeking a Doughnut Boss to ensure top-quality products and exceptional customer service. You will lead by example, manage staff, handle cash, and uphold safety protocols across the store.

With 2–3 years of restaurant experience and a valid Food Handler's Card, you will train teammates, supervise shifts, and coordinate with FOH and BOH to maintain smooth operations in a fast-paced environment. Availability for varied shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Have at least 2-3 years restaurant experience.
• Must have Food handler's Card.
• Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines.
• Ability to remain positive in busy working conditions.
• Ability to multi-task and lead FOH and BOH.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all products meet Pinkbox Doughnuts standards.
• Interact with employees, customers, and vendors in a positive, professional demeanor – always being of service to those around you.
• Become knowledgeable and proficient in each position within the store.
• Have manager authority regarding cash handling, refunds, voids and discounts.
• Ensure sanitation practices are used in handling and preparing food in the kitchen.
• Ensure safety and security policies are followed as set by the Company.
• Train and coach employees during each shift to meet Company and brand standards.
• Use tools to accomplish goals, manage labor and control inventory.
• Perform additional tasks as requested by Management and as needed to run the store.

• Have open schedule availability, stores are open 24/7- candidates should be available for varied shifts.

Working Conditions

• Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift.
• Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 20 pounds.
• Constant face-to-face interactions with employees and customers.
• Safely navigate in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Store Managers can expect to have some early mornings, late evenings, weekend and/or holiday hours, and will have additional opening/closing responsibilities.
