Serv--u--success in Michigan is hiring Store Representative roles with multiple shifts including full-time nights in Ann Arbor and part-time mornings in nearby towns. You will stock, merchandise, and maintain customer-ready displays while assisting customers and supporting store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Willingness to travel between locations as scheduled and assigned (if needed), both in the local pod and the wider region

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain organized, customer-ready displays.
• Execute merchandising projects, resets, remodels, and other in-store assignments.
• Keep backrooms and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Greet customers, assist with product questions, and provide outstanding service.
• Work collaboratively with Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, and fellow team members to complete daily priorities.
• Use technology to track time, report completed work, and support project execution.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety procedures and reporting hazards promptly.
• Adapt to changing priorities while consistently delivering high-quality work.

- Starting at $16.00/hr, up to $18.00/hr (based on experience) + $1/hr Night Shift Premium (8pm-5am)

- Availability to work Weekdays and Weekends

Positions Available:

- Full-Time Travel, 9pm-5:30am (Based in Ann Arbor with travel within a 30-mile radius)

- Part-Time,6am to 10am (Ann Arbor)

- Part-Time,6am to 10am (Ypsilanti)

- Part-Time,9pm-5am (Plymouth)

• Safely move merchandise, carts, and equipment as needed.

$16 - $19 an hour

Included Shift Premiums:

$1/hr for any hours worked between 8pm and 5am
