Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Project Specialist Flex in the United States to ensure store remodels and special projects meet standards. The role is project-based and may involve overnight and weekend shifts with daytime variations as needed.

The position reports to the Project Team Supervisor and Project Team Manager and includes installing fixtures, relocating merchandise, and completing merchandising tasks across projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to read a planogram/Mod, or retail remodel a plus.
• Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting up to 35 lbs, up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Flexible schedule including nights, overnights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Build new sales floor fixtures and uninstall existing fixtures.
• Move fixtures and install basic electronic equipment (no programming).
• Set merchandise to modular guidelines.
• Relocate excess merchandise as directed by store management.
• Use basic hand tools or cordless drill for tasks.
• Perform additional merchandising tasks or audits.
