Walmart is seeking a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician at a local Walmart store in Zanesville, OH. The role supports and oversees repairs on Refrigeration HVAC equipment using commercial HVAC skills and a range of hand and power tools to complete jobs.

Minimum qualifications include 2 years of commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance, EPA Type I/II or Universal certification, a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• Type I/Type II or Universal EPA certification for refrigerant handling.
• Hold a valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass MVR.
• 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using commercial HVAC skills and various tools.
• Use the work order system to receive and document repair work orders.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect facilities and equipment to diagnose issues.
• Complete required safety training and adhere to OSHA/EPA guidelines.
